- Garden care: Tolerant of very poor soils, provided they are well drained. Best fruiting will occur in a moist furtile loam. Feed once a year with Texture Plants 12 month planting food. An attractive tree with narrow, oblong, silvery-grey foliage. Tiny white flowers are produced in summer followed by edible, green olives turning black when ripe. Ideal in containers or the garden and responds well to shaping if a formal look is required.
